“Our first holiday to Turkey in 2007 was not the best and so I don’t really know how we came to buy an apartment out there really. It was late October and we had a few rainy days whilst staying in the hotel so we decided to go and take a look at the Modern Aparts. We viewed the show room and fell in love instantly and that was it. Full steam ahead although it was very daunting at first. However, Mustafa and Murat could not do enough for us and did their utmost to put us at ease during the whole purchase. Questions were answered easily and we were kept informed by photographs of the whole build process. We went out to Dalaman for a family holiday for the first time in July and we absolutely loved it from the minute we walked through the door. It is a beautiful complex, not too small and not too big. We got on great with the other families that we met out there and there was a huge communal happy feeling that we had all finally managed to fulfill our dreams of owning a holiday home. I would recommend Turkey to any of our friends. It is a beautiful country with lots of culture and there is always something to do or see. We are very much looking forward to spending 4 weeks in Turkey for the next few years and can’t wait to get back out there.Thank you to Modern Life Turkey and last but not least the very helpful Kazim.”
Kind regards
Rachael

The Watson ExperienceI came to the holiday village on a last deal minute from Montrose, Scotland. This was my first visit to Turkey and I was delighted to be here as in the year prior I had met a friend through a college course who came from Istanbul, I promised her that I would visit her home country not realizing at the time what was in store:
Having visited many countries, I became aware at the airport in Dalaman that this would be a good experience because , with in 17 minutes of landing, we were on the bus taking us to the holiday village, cold water in hand!
The staff couldn't be more helpful and I was enchanted with Turkey and its unique culture. Whilst exploring the shops, I noticed the plans for an apartment complex and was intrigued! I gave the options some thought (I was in Turkey for 1 week) and before I knew it, Mustafa whisked me off to view the building site that was to become ''sun aparts'' and explained the project to me. He also gave me an extensive guided tour of the area.
Whilst Mustafa was charming, he was at all times professional and at no time did I feel under any pressure to buy even though I knew I wanted to, I had my heart set on C block apartment no:1.
I returned to the Scotland and immediately made enquires and researched buying property abroad, especially Turkey.
Unfortunately, there didn't appear to be any solicitors or estate agents with the knowledge I required. I called the Turkish Embassy who gave me some numbers for Turkish solicitors who gave me some advice. I had by this time started a re-mortgage process given the current credit crunch crisis being experienced in Britain, this appeared to take forever. At this time, I hadn't paid single penny to Modernlifeturkey.
Out of the blue, I received an invitation to ''a place in the sun'' exhibition in Manchester from Modernlifeturkey where they were to have a stand. I went to Manchester and was delighted to see Murat and Mustafa. I was disappointed that C1 had been sold so, I promptly decided e1 was to be ours. I paid a deposit, and signed the contract.
After that, Modernlifeturkey kept me up to date with the build. I transferred the majority of the balance, with rest the payable on receipt of the keys.
Once the site was completed, I booked a flight for a four week stay enabling me to complete the sale, and set up , the apartment for use... it took 2 days!!! incredible.
Mustafa met me at the airport and drove me straight to the site. It was gorgeous, loved it. All you need for a relaxing holiday is here due to the meticulously thoughtful planning of the property.
From the apartment Mustafa drove me to the store from which the majority of the furniture and the white goods were purchased. We then went for a meal before I went to the hotel where I spent the first night.
Next morning, Mustafa picked me up and purchased the rest of the 'stuff' required. After lunch , we called into another store where I bought the couch before returning to the apartment... The couch was delivered before we got back!! i'm amazed.
Whilst I was finalizing the purchase, the apartment was being cleaned of dust etc. and at 5 o'clock the lorry arrived with all the furniture, and within the hour, beds were made white goods installed and plates were away...
... MY MODERN LIFE in TURKEY began ....
The whole experience has been flawless thanks to the support and guidance received from Mustafa whom I cant thank enough. Usually, things that appear too good to be true are disastrous, this experience has definitely been 100% exception. I am also glad I followed my instinct and look forward to many wonderful experiences in fabulous Turkey.
Many many thanks to Mustafa and Murat

Turkeywas my husband and I first holiday abroad and that was in 1994. Since then we have been all over Europe holidaying in Greece, Spain, France and Cyprus and much further a field like Australia, Florida, Kenya and Cuba. It wasn’t ten years later and our son was 18 months old that we went back to Turkey. We holidayed at the First Choicehotel in Sarigermeand loved the fortnight we spent there. There wasn’t much surrounding the hotel but that didn’t bother us. We enjoyed going into the local town which was no more than just the one street and browsing through the shops and buying spices at the local Sunday market. We enjoyed it so much we returned the following year and again the year after – 3 years in a row. It was on this third trip that we saw just how much development and expenditure was planned and happening in the surrounding area. Our curiosity was aroused and we decided to look at property prices. It was Modernlifeturkey that caught our eye and we decided to visit the Sun Apartments in Dalaman. I truly didn’t want to like the apartments at all but as soon as I walked in the first one I knew that I loved them and could be quite at home there. My husband and I returned to the hotel and put our son into the kids club. We sat at the beach bar eating an ice cream talking over buying an apartment in Turkey. This is understandably a big decision but it made sense for us with our son now 4 and about to start school in September and the luxury of cheaper holidays soon to be out of the question. Also with a marina being planned for Dalaman and a golf course and hotel springing up Dalaman looked an interesting place to invest money into property. We came home and thought about it more and more and researched the market place and decided to take up the offer of an inspection trip offered by modernlifeturkey. We were so pleased we did this. We had a wonderful time being shown the surrounding areas of Dalaman some of which I would like to share with you because you are not just buying a lovely 3 bedroom apartment you are buying into a wonderful area of beauty and interest, with sights and beaches just a small drive a way. If you like good food then the restaurants were fantastic and the food always so fresh and delicious in various sauces such as one salad dish in pomegranate juice – lovely.
Our trip began with Mustafa meeting us at the airport. We checked in the hotel and headed straight to the apartments. We weren’t disappointed with what we saw and was again overwhelmed with a feeling of how right buying one of these apartments was for us. Following this we went out for dinner at a restaurant on Dalyan Way called Ley Ley which translates to Stork. It’s a wonderful place overlooking a pond full of wildlife and of course storks with a sunken boat for aesthetic purposes in the middle of it but the best of all was the food and the wonderful freshly cooked bread.
After a good nights sleep we spent some time the next morning in town where a local market occurs every Friday and had lunch at a nice restaurant called Sofra along the road from Modernlife’s offices. After a hearty lunch for a poor mans ransom we went to the neighbouring village of Gocek. Gocek is about a ten minute or so drive from Dalaman where you can walk along a beautiful promenade and see all the luxury boats docked in the marina with 2 bedroom villas starting from £500,000.
Mustafa then took us to the Pegasus Hotel. His uncle owns the land this hotel is built upon. The hotel was closed as out of season but we had a walk around and went to the neighbouring hotel and Sarigerme beach where there is a small petting zoo. There is a lovely play area for the children at Sarigerme beach. We finished off a lovely day at Sadirvan restaurant. This was great for the kids with fuse ball tables’, table tennis tables and trampolines for the kids to play on whist you eat in peace.
Up early the next day we headed out again to see more wondrous sights. Today we headed off to Fethiye. Before reaching Fethiye we stopped off at the side of the road high up above a bay of Katranci Koyu and drank freshly squeezed orange juice bathed in the Turkish sun. We ventured down to the bay and enjoyed paddling in the sea along the small bay. In Fethiye itself we had a delicious meal outside wearing t-shirts in the middle of March!! We enjoyed a browse round the shops and headed to the play area for children before heading off to the lovely resort of Oludeniz. It was late by the time we got there and the sun was setting so it was a lovely scene. Before returning to Dalaman we stopped off at a local store called Migros Supermarket in Dalyan Town and purchased lots of products very cheaply – definitely a shop to remember. When we returned to Dalaman we could only manage freshly made tomato soup at Sofra restaurant before retiring to our hotel beds.
Another day dawned and we went off early. We went to the Thermamaris Hotel and saw the many turtles you can feed and they come up really close to you. This is a great hotel for relaxation and where you can have a mud bath and look instantly ten years younger (or so they say!!). After this we took a boat trip from Dalyan to the wonderful Iztuzu Beach. Better known as Turtle Beach. We saw amazing tombs carved in the side of the hills on the journey which almost took your breath away. To finish such a lovely day we stopped off at the Toprak Ana Restaurant which translates in English to the Mother of Soil. I had the most wonderful pomegranate juice here and we looked around the animals and children’s play equipment all made from natural materials. The food was delicious once again. Finally our last day arrived and we enjoyed lunch after more shopping at Çöp şiş Kebap. For one Turkish lira you could get a massage in a chair whilst waiting for your dinner to be cooked. If you are really daring you can try the Turkish drink Ayran here but it wont be to everyone’s taste.
Finally we returned home after a great time seeing the surrounding areas of Dalaman and knowing that we weren’t just happy with our decision to buy a Sun Apartment from Modernlife Turkey we were absolutely over the moon.
We cant wait to holiday in our apartment and enjoy some more of the Turkish food and sunshine and people.
If you are looking for a property abroad I do not think you can go far wrong with Modernlifeturkey. Thank you so much to Mustafa for a very memorable inspection trip and showing us just what Dalaman has to offer us English holidaymakers.

We chose Modern life Turkey over other companies and we are so happy that we did. Mustafa and Murat could not have been more helpful, we were never put under any pressure to purchase and the whole process from viewing the apartment, discovering the local area, and all the legalities in obtaining our apartment could not have gone any smoother, all thanks to their help and professionalism. They went above all our expectations also by doing airport runs and helping us buying furniture. What started out as a business transaction has ended in a friendship and we would champion them to anyone wishing to purchase property in Turkey.

After looking in several countries we took a chance and purchased our spacious, 3 bed duplex apartment in August 2006 when the building was still a shell and a building site. All throughout the build we were kept informed, via email, and photographs, of the progress made, with regard to structural work and fixtures and fittings.
The apartment was completed and ready to move into in February of this 2007 and we are very pleased with the standard of the finished property.
We have a modern, light apartment with beautiful views of the surrounding village, from each one of the 3 balconies. The modern kitchen units complement the dining area and there is plenty of living space.
The outside of the apartment unit is also very pleasing and finished to a good standard with a lovely swimming pool and planted landscaping.
Modernlife have also provided an excellent service with regard to the paperwork involved in buying the property including solicitor, notary, military searches etc.
The after sales service has also been excellent providing help with buying and taking delivery of hardware and furniture..
In short we are very pleased with our holiday home in Dalaman.

We would like to say a very big thank you to both Modernlife Company for our Apartment and all your help from start to finish, which we found very straightforward and easy. We are absolutely delighted with every aspect of the apartment. The finishing touches are of such high standard and very much to our taste. The after sales service you have given has been excellent. Both Mustafa and Murat have been on hand to help and to answer any of our questions, however trivial. Without you we would have found the procedure very daunting and difficult. You have made our dreams of buying a place in Turkey come true and with such ease. We still can’t quite believe it!! We would also like to say a big thank you to Kazim who was so helpful during our few days in Turkey whilst sorting our furniture and bits and pieces. He is such a lovely guy and nothing is too much trouble for him, always a smiling friendly face. We look forward to strengthening our friendship with you all over the coming years.Cevap:

Our journey in purchasing a property in Turkey with the modernlifeturkey company has been nothing but excellent. We can thoroughly recommend this company as being professional and giving value for money in their modern apartments.
The team has been very helpful from start to finish, giving us guidance throughout our journey. They have been there every step of the way from the business side to airport runs and helping us buy our furniture.
We did not expect that our last minute holiday would result in us purchasing our apartment in Dalaman, but this has been a very easy and pain free experience thanks to modernlifeturkey.
